 1. Price and Payment

 1.1 The Price that Customers have to pay will be shown on the order page of our payment system provider or on the bill sent following an email or phone enquiry.

 1.2 Payment shall be made either online, credit card, or offline, via wire transfer when the order is placed on the phone or via email.

 1.3 Accounts are due and payable upon ordering.

 2. Delivery

 2.1 The delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation is an estimate. The place of delivery is as stated in the Order Confirmation.

 2.2 Any missing, wrong or damaged Products or packaging should be noted on the waybill before signing it.

 2.3 Shall the parcel be returned because of an error/incorrect address on the buyer’s end, reshipping might incur extra shipping charges.

 2.4 We guarantee delivery or your money back.

 3. Responsibilities

3.1 All sales are processed and shipped by IndiVedic are made in India and 100% pure.

 3.2 All products purchased on IndiVedic's website are made under proper guidance of experts

 3.3 In rare cases, purchased products may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when they reach the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 3.4 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country into which you import our products. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 4. Returns

4.1 Within 10 working Days Money-Back Guarantee – We’re proud to offer you a 7-day (from shipment date) money-back guarantee on all products sold through IndiVedic.

 If you’re trying one bottle of one product for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don’t have to return the bottle to us.

 4.2 Other Considerations – IndiVedic is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting the wrong address). For these kinds of issues, IndiVedic will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.

 5. Customer Responsibility and Waiver of Consent

By accepting these Conditions, I affirm as if under oath and state truthfully that:

 5.1 I am 18 years of age or an adult with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements of sale with Indivedic.

 5.2 I am permitted by law to receive purchased products from indivedic in my current locale

 5.3 I understand that use of this website is fully spontaneous and initiated by us. I understand that all products shopped cannot be returned or refunded.

 6. Data Protection (or Privacy)

Personal Customer data obtained by indiVedic shall be held and processed following all applicable laws and consistent with IndiVedic Privacy Policy.

 7. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Severability and Notices

7.1 Indian law is applicable and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

 8. Changes to Agreement

This agreement is subject to change – at the sole prudence of indiVedic – at any time, without notice.
